What are binary options?

Binary options are financial instruments where you predict whether the price of an asset will rise or fall within a set period. If you are right, you receive a fixed payout (e.g. 85% of your stake). If you are wrong, you lose your stake. They are called "binary" because there are only two outcomes: you win or you lose.

How do they work?

Example: you stake $10 on EUR/USD → CALL (up) → 5 minutes → if it rises, you receive $18.50 (85% payout). If it falls, you lose the $10.

Step 2: practise with a demo account

NEVER deposit real money first. Use the free demo account ($10,000 virtual) for at least 2-4 weeks. If you are not profitable on demo, you won’t be with real money.

Step 3: risk management

The 2% rule: risk no more than 2% of your capital per trade. Set a daily loss limit (e.g. 10%) and respect it. Risk management is what separates those who last from those who blow up.

Step 4: your first real trade

Deposit only what you can afford to lose ($10-$50). Trade the minimum stake ($1). Follow the same strategy you validated on demo.

⚠️ Risk warning

Between 70% and 90% of traders lose money. Trading is not a fast track to wealth. Never invest money you need for essential expenses.
